Tapping for over 2 years.
Low-impact, good for people with unreliable choreography-memories. This class is for over-50s or for people who require low-impact movement
7pm Almost Intermediate
Tapping for 2+ years, proficient with the basics, developing harder skills.

* 8pm Advanced Beginners *
Tapping for 1-2 years, competent with the basics.
9.30am Adv. Beginner
Tapping 2+ years, proficient with most moves. Low impact class.

10.30am Gentle Rookies
12 months experience, low-impact, good for people with unreliable choreography-memories & wonky balance.

DanceFit for Seniors
Low-impact, fun & fabulous dance moves to tunes you'll love.
(NOT a tap-class)
